Returns Policy

Sorry – we are unable to refund or exchange items unless they are damaged or faulty.

If an item arrives to you damaged and/or faulty, we recommend you email us at to arrange a return or exchange.

For damaged/faulty items, returns and exchanges will be processed within seven (7) days of receiving the items.

Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.

Your purchased product must return to us in its original condition - unwashed/unused, with tags on and in its original packaging.

Sorry - we are unable to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed or removed from their original packaging.

You must include a copy of your invoice with the return.

We do not cover postage costs for returns.
