How can I track my order?

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can track your order by clicking the link in the email, logging into your account or contacting Sendle.

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

All parcels are posted through Sendle.

For deliveries in NSW, please allow up to seven business days. Currently, shipping timeframes are unpredictable due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so we advise allowing additional time for postage.

During busy periods, like Christmas or school holidays, please allow up to 10 business days.

For deliveries to other states, please allow up to seven business days.

Please note: these time frames are approximate and are based on business days from the day of dispatch and type of postage chosen.

If you require your parcel urgently, we can post via express shipping at an extra cost.

For urgent deliveries, please contact and we will prioritise your request.

Where is postage available?

We post parcels Australia-wide on all business days.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping and delivery policy

We pack and ship orders each business day. 
Your order will be shipped on the business day it is placed or the next business day if placed after store trading hours.

 A tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched.

Where can you post?

We can post to any residential or workplace address.

Sorry – we cannot post to PO Boxes or Locked Bag addresses. 

Please note: if there is no-one home at the time of delivery by Sendle, they may leave a card requesting collection from your local post office.

Once your order has been shipped, The House of Adore accepts no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or damage to your property. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by an event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight.

All orders will be delivered via safe drop if nobody is home to receive it, unless otherwise selected at checkout. Safe drop is performed at the customer’s risk and The House of Adore is not liable for parcels that show as delivered with safe drop and go missing.
